Biltong Original Sliced
Biltong is "simply" a strip of meat and the closest comparison would be German "Dörrfleisch"
Biltong is made from cured beef which is air-dried and not smoked. It is produced with various spices, without preservatives or artificial colouring and is thinly sliced in original flavour.
After unpacking, Biltong is best preserved in a dry place, or with the packaging in the freezer.
Biltong is for most people on the move, a perfect "portable" snack!
